Hi there! My name is Crisdelin and I specialize in concept art, environment design and scriptwriting
As cliché as it is, I always had a love of art from a young age, you could always find me somewhere doodling on bits of paper or covered in paint from my latest masterpiece, as I grew older I was encouraged heavily from relatives to go into a science related career so my early education consisted a lot of animal science and veterinary practices, from there I ended up working as an othopaedic veterinary technician for 5 years.
After moving in with my partner in 2015, he supported my dreams of always wanting a career in art so I took a massive leap and applied for the diploma in foundation studies art & design course at Coleg Y Cymoedd, it was there I fell in love with animation and designing the world stories are set in and thats how I ended up studying at USW on the 2D animation and stop motion course.
Over the past 3 years I really have had the opportunity to explore many different avenues for where my creativity may take me, I discovered I had a love for scriptwriting as well as working with concept art, I loved mixing both my traditional watercolour skills with my fascination for technology in the form of design software to create unique environmental pieces. I am currently working towards building my own personal brand and business but aspire to go into the industry as a background artist or scriptwriter.
